Hand Washing Backpacks
Before washing, soak the backpack in water (below 30 degrees Celsius, soaking time should be no more than ten minutes). This allows water to penetrate into the fibers, removing water-soluble dirt first. This reduces the amount of detergent needed for better washing results.
After washing, do not wring the backpack dry by hand, as this can easily deform it. Do not brush it directly; gently rub it. Let it drip dry naturally until almost dry, then shake it a few times to air dry. Avoid direct sunlight, as ultraviolet rays can cause fading. Use air drying; do not tumble dry.
Machine Washing Backpacks
When machine washing backpacks, place them in a laundry bag and put them in the washing machine (water temperature below 30 degrees Celsius). Use a mild detergent (water-based laundry detergent).
After rinsing, do not spin dry completely (about 60-70% dry). Remove and shake it a few times to air dry. Avoid direct sunlight, as ultraviolet rays can cause fading. Use air drying; do not tumble dry.
